Every cake is packed inside custom insulated thermal boxes with dry chilled packs and dispatched directly by car or dedicated courier, never exposed to ambient midday heat.

How much advance notice is required for custom cakes?

Accepted Answer

For bespoke celebration cakes with custom themes or tiered structural designs, we recommend 24 to 48 hours notice so our pastry team can execute the design properly. For signature cakes, same day delivery or thirty minute pickup is available daily.

Which areas in Chennai do you deliver to?

We deliver across Central and South Chennai directly from our Nungambakkam kitchen. Primary zones include Nungambakkam, Chetpet, Alwarpet, T. Nagar, Gopalapuram, Kilpauk, Egmore, Anna Nagar, and Adyar. Standard delivery is free for orders above ₹1,000.

Yes. Select pickup at checkout or message us on WhatsApp. Our team will keep your box chilled in our display counter at 142 Nungambakkam High Road ready for you in thirty minutes.

What ingredients do you use in your chocolate cakes?

Accepted Answer

We use 54% and 70% Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate, pure dairy butter, fresh farm cream, and unbleached flour. We do not use commercial bakery premixes, artificial stabilizers, or vegetable shortening.
